In only about six decades of existence, Ferrari and its Scuderia have built a mind-boggling array of road and racing cars, RM Auctions is delighted to offer the best of the very best at next week’s London auction.
Racing drivers and rally participants will certainly enjoy the 750 Monza Spyder on offer, with Masten Gregory and Ernie McAfee successful race history, or perhaps the 250 GT LWB Tour de France, one of the most desirable competition-bred Ferraris in existence. Off the track, the Iveco Ferrari F1 Driver’s Coach was not only used by the Scuderia at Formula 1 events but has since been upgraded and modified at great expense for comfortable touring and living on the road. Other fantastic road cars include a matching-numbers 250 GT Lusso, a rare Ghia-bodied 195 Inter Coupe, a stunning 500 Superfast, a matching-numbers 275 GTB Alloy Berlinetta and the extraordinary Pinin concept car, Ferrari’s only four-door, which has recently been brought to running and driving condition. Also of note are a Dino 246 GT, 550 Maranello, 512 BBi and 330 GTC.
